Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 14, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all use of Grain Bin Gazebo Builder’s Service. It is designed to protect dealers, shoppers, and the integrity of the platform. This AUP is effective as of July 14, 2026.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful marketing communications.
  • Spoof identities, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation with Grain Bin Gazebo Builder or any third party.
  • Upload or distribute malware, malicious code, or content intended to disrupt systems.
  • Scrape, harvest, or access data from other dealer tenants or accounts you are not authorized to use.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, billing controls, plan limits, or security features.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or that is illegal, harassing, or fraudulent.
  • Abuse APIs, webhooks, embeds, or automated access in a way that degrades the Service or harms others.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or these Terms.

3. Dealer studio and embed responsibilities

If you embed or publish a studio, you must configure allowed domains responsibly, keep credentials and webhook secrets confidential, and ensure shopper-facing notices and consent practices comply with law. You may not use embeds to conceal the source of communications or to circumvent security controls.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity, we may warn you, remove content, throttle or disable features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or pursue legal remedies. We may preserve and share information with authorities when required or appropriate to protect the Service and users.

These policies apply to the Service and may be updated as our product and legal review mature. They do not create attorney-client advice; consult your own counsel for questions specific to your business.
