Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Grain Bin Gazebo Builder (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a multi-tenant B2B software platform that provides dealer-branded 3D Grain Bin Gazebo studios, pricing controls, embeds, lead capture, and related dealer tools (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our marketing website, create or use a dealer or platform account, or interact with a studio we host. It is effective as of July 14, 2026.

2. Scope and roles

We provide the Service to businesses (“Dealers”). Dealers configure branding and pricing and may embed or link to a studio for their shoppers.

For Dealer account, billing, and usage data, we act as the business that determines how that information is processed.

For lead and shopper information submitted through a Dealer’s studio (such as name, email, phone, zip code, configuration details, and related messages), the Dealer is the business that decides why that information is collected. We process that information on the Dealer’s behalf to operate the Service (for example, to store leads in the Dealer’s dashboard, send notifications the Dealer configures, and deliver webhooks the Dealer enables).

Dealers are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to their shoppers and for complying with laws that apply to their marketing and sales communications.

3. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information (name, email, password or authentication credentials, role, and dealer membership details).
  • Business information (dealer name, slug, contact details, website, address fields, branding assets such as logos, theme settings, and pricing configuration).
  • Billing and subscription information processed by Stripe (payment method details are handled by Stripe; we receive related account and subscription status data).
  • Lead and quote information submitted by studio visitors (contact fields, preferred contact method, comments, configuration selections, estimated pricing outputs, and quote PDFs generated by the Service).
  • Studio and product usage data (for example studio views, builder starts, completions, lead events, embed parent host information, IP address, user agent, and diagnostic logs).
  • Communications you send us (such as marketing contact-form messages or support requests).

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users, manage tenants, and enforce plan limits and access controls.
  • Process subscriptions and billing with Stripe.
  • Store and display leads for the relevant Dealer and deliver configured emails or webhooks.
  • Respond to enquiries and support requests.
  • Monitor abuse, prevent fraud, and protect the Service and our users.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (for example hosting, storage, email delivery, error monitoring, payment processing via Stripe, and bot protection via Cloudflare Turnstile).
  • The Dealer account associated with a lead or studio submission, including team members the Dealer invites.
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, including session cookies for authenticated dealer and admin dashboards and security-related cookies. Marketing pages may use basic preferences required for the site to function. If we add optional analytics cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and any required notices.

Our marketing contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to help prevent spam and automated abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent, and sitekey/origin) for bot detection. Those practices are described in Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/, which supplements Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

7. Cloudflare Turnstile

As a condition of using Cloudflare Turnstile’s invisible mode on our forms, we disclose that Cloudflare processes Signals solely to distinguish human users from bots and to protect the site from malicious automated traffic, as described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum: https://www.cloudflare.com/en-gb/turnstile-privacy-policy/.

Cloudflare states that it does not have the ability to directly identify individuals from Turnstile Signals, including IP addresses. When Cloudflare processes Signals to provide Turnstile to us, Cloudflare acts as a processor on our instructions; when Cloudflare processes Signals to improve Turnstile’s bot detection, Cloudflare acts as a controller under its own policies. For more detail, see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

8. Retention

We retain account and Service data for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes (such as billing records, security logs, and dispute resolution). Lead records and related quote materials are retained in the Dealer’s account according to product settings and our operational retention practices, including retention after cancellation where needed for the Dealer’s records or legal compliance, unless we agree otherwise in writing or are required to delete them.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and tenant isolation features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International processing

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. If you access the Service from another country, you understand that information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

11. Your choices and rights

Dealer users can update many account and branding details in the dashboard. For privacy or data requests related to our processing of personal information, contact us at [email protected].

If you are a shopper who submitted a quote through a Dealer’s studio, please contact that Dealer first. We may assist Dealers with account-level requests where appropriate.

We do not sell personal information. Where applicable law provides additional rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or opt-out of certain sharing), we will respond to verified requests as required.

12. Children

The Service is directed to businesses and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.

These policies apply to the Service and may be updated as our product and legal review mature. They do not create attorney-client advice; consult your own counsel for questions specific to your business.
